Paul Halliday has over 30 years of experience delivering projects.
He has managed projects with over 30 subcontractors and a workforce of 500. Major projects include Southbank Parklands ($57m) and Broadway on the Mall Shopping Centre ($30m). Other projects, including assisting the development of the project business case, are the Wotonga Angle and Duplication Rail Project in Central Queensland ($37m) and Train Control Disaster Recovery in Mackay and Rockhampton ($18m).
Paul has delivered Hospital projects from the client and constructor perspective and delivered a major design and construct 30,000m2 warehouse. He managed the shifting of over 1000 staff between 3 buildings for a major rail GOC and assisted their property team develop a 20,000m2 lease.
Other experience includes acting as a construction strategy expert witness for a 14-story apartment building on the Gold Coast and leading a team of tradesmen to provide security strengthening for the Department of Foreign Affairs High Commission in the Solomon Islands.
Paul has provided assistance to a civil, building, landscape contractor with offices in Brisbane, Townsville and Melbourne for over 10 years.
