Key personnel
Paul Halliday has over 25 years of experience in the building and engineering
industry.
His qualifications include:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil).
- Bachelor of Economics.
- Diploma Company Director (AICD).
- Chartered Professional Engineer CPEng (Audit 2009).
- AIPM Certified Practicing Project Director.
- Queensland Open Building Licence (BSA 1034782).
Paul is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Member of Engineers
Australia and the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM).
Prior to forming Project Management Assist he worked for major construction companies
and was Project Manager of Southbank Parklands and Brisbane's Broadway on the Mall
Shopping Centre as well as a number of commercial developments in Brisbane and
Canberra.
He has delivered hospitals, shopping centres, office blocks, refurbishments,
subdivisions, golf club house, university accommodation, tunnels, large diameter
pipe bridges, roads, and from the client side property reviews, rail infrastructure
development, Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and preliminary engineering.
Recently he managed the accommodation movement of 1,000 personnel between 3 buildings.
